In addition to the CBA , many mid-term bargained agreements (MOUs) exist for various topics including Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) for grievances, Flexible and Compressed Work Scheudules, etc. Ask your supervisor or contact Local 4 for copies of these additional agreements.
